To build on nearly 30-years experience in the Outbound Travel Business, “Active” created a new Inbound team in 2002.Now we are active in both the Inbound and Outbound sides of travel, but this expansion of our portfolio has not been at the expense of our personal touch.Our business philosophy remains unchanged, that is to provide a quality service with a human touch.

We believe that tourism is “Non-Official Diplomacy”- the best way for people to understand other cultures, traditions and people. Through experiences in other lands, coming into contact with other cultures and interacting with other people, feelings of understanding and of respect towards other countries and their people naturally arise. In developing our Inbound Business to Japan, we seek to provide the same level of services and warmth of welcome as we have enjoyed from partners in other countries.
